I took Tuesday off and did a quick jog Wednesday to see how things were feeling. My ankle was still a little sore, but after taking it easy the last few days everything seems to be feeling pretty good. My plan is to take this week slower, take Tuesday off, keep it real slow Wednesday, and then maybe Thursday off depending on how it feels. I still hit a point every day about 25 minutes in where my right knee starts to hurt, which is why I haven&#39;t been able to build up much distance. After walking for a few minutes I was able to go another good 10 minutes or so. Using the treadmill has been really nice for getting started again. I feel like I have under-utilized it in the past.
