Swim was good today, we had a good kick set. I think my suit cuts off my circulation, maybe I should switch to a speedo haha 😉

Again swim felt great, it's always a nice way to start the day out. For XC we decided to do the temple run, which is always fun. It was a total of 10.

4 miles easy cool down 

The fist couple 400s felt great, but after that me left knee started to hurt. I was able to do 18 of the 20, I'm still not sure what happened but it felt a lot better during my cool down. We'll see how it feels tomorrow.
